Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

ARAMAI is committed to privacy. We handle personal information with care.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our products, why we collect it, where it is processed, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It sits alongside our Personal Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Policy.

ARAMAI is the product group of Ariesnet, Inc., a Texas corporation. CoreModels is its platform, as part of the Schematica suite of solutions. Ariesnet contracts, builds and integrates for clients, and operates; ARAMAI does the research and makes the software.

Data controller: Ariesnet, Inc., a Texas corporation. ARAMAI and CoreModels are product names of Ariesnet. Where you use CoreModels as an organisation, Ariesnet acts as your processor for the personal data inside your own content, under the Data Processing Addendum.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us. What you enter in forms on this site or send us by email: your name, email address, company, role, and the content of your message. If you start a trial or subscribe to a product, your account details and — through our payment processor — billing details. We do not store card numbers ourselves.

  • Information we collect automatically. Technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and how you moved through the site. We collect this with analytics tooling described under Cookies.

  • Information from other sources. If you use one of our other sites or products, or a partner introduces you to us, we may combine what you told them with what you tell us. We will say so when we do.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are set by PostHog. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site that depend on being signed in will stop working if you do.

2. Why we use it

  • To provide what you asked for: answer your message, run your trial, deliver the product you subscribed to, and send you service notices about it.

  • To operate and secure the site and products: troubleshooting, abuse prevention, capacity planning.

  • To improve them: understanding which pages and features are used, in aggregate.

  • To tell you about related products and offers, where you have agreed to hear from us. Every such message includes a way to stop.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content you put into our products to train machine-learning models.

3. Where it is processed, and who else sees it

Your personal data is processed and stored in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that is a transfer outside your region; we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) to make it lawful.

We share personal data only with the providers we need to run the service, each bound by contract to use it only for that purpose:

  • Stripe — payment processing, for trials and subscriptions.

  • Hosting, email delivery, and analytics providersCONFIRM: exact list with purpose and location (expected: hosting provider, Vercel for the web front end, email provider, PostHog for analytics).

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it. We do not otherwise give third parties access to it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then delete it. Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and for the period the law requires afterwards. Marketing preferences are kept until you tell us to stop. Our Data Retention Policy sets out the schedule by category.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. You can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

6. Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised; material changes are also announced on this site.
